Every Job Over WaterStarts With the Paperwork.
Dredging and marine construction run on the Army Corps safety manual, OSHA over-water rules and permits with their own deadlines. X3 Marine Construction keeps the accident prevention plan, every activity hazard analysis, the crane and skiff checks and the permits in date for every project.

No Accepted Plan, No Notice to Proceed.
On Corps work the accident prevention plan must be accepted before work starts, and every definable feature of work needs an activity hazard analysis (EM 385-1-1). Over water, OSHA requires life jackets, ring buoys no more than 200 feet apart and a skiff standing by (29 CFR 1926.106). Cranes on barges need shift, monthly and annual inspections (29 CFR 1926.1412, 1926.1437).
The government QA rep reads your AHAs. Make sure they are current. X3 puts it on the clock.
