Every Space Has a Status.Every Worker Knows It.

Shipyard work changes by the hour: a tank gets coated, a space gets closed, a torch comes out. X3 Shipyard keeps every space's test status, every hot work permit and every competent person current, so nobody walks into a space on yesterday's test.

The Exposure

Yesterday's Test Does Not Protect Today's Entry.

Oxygen has to read at least 19.5 and below 22 percent, and flammables below 10 percent of the lower explosive limit, before anyone goes in (29 CFR 1915.12). Hot work needs the right certificate (29 CFR 1915.14). Fire watches need training before duty and every year (29 CFR 1915.508(e)). The tags on the hatch, the logbook and the permit board rarely agree.

A space is only as safe as its last test. X3 puts it on the clock.

X3 Intelligence

One Board for Every Space and Every Permit.

X3 Shipyard shows each space with its last test, its label and when it needs a retest, and refuses to call a space safe when the readings say otherwise.

Space status board

Safe for Workers, Safe for Hot Work or Not Safe, by space, with the retest due time.

Reading guard

Oxygen outside 19.5-22% or flammables at 10% LEL or more flags the space Not Safe automatically (29 CFR 1915.12).

Hot work permits

Location, fire watch and certificate on each permit, with expiry (29 CFR 1915.14).

Competent persons

Who is designated, when trained and when the refresher is due (29 CFR 1915.7).

Rescue team drills

Practice at least once every 12 months, tracked per team (29 CFR 1915.12(e)).

Exposure monitoring

Lead, silica, asbestos and chromium sampling with the next sample due.

Stop chasing dates. Start seeing them coming.
