The Exposure

The Inspector Finds It in Ten Minutes. You Find Out That Day.

Drills are logged in the official logbook, hull exams sit in a yard invoice, deficiencies arrive on a CG-835V and the SMS certificates live in an office binder. Every piece exists. Nothing puts them on one timeline with the vessel's name on it.

A deficiency you did not close is the one they write again. X3 puts it on the clock.
