The Exposure

Every Three Months. Every Year. No More Than 18 Months Apart.

A facility security drill is due at least every 3 months. An exercise is due each calendar year with no more than 18 months between them (33 CFR 105.220). The plan must be audited every year with a certifying letter (33 CFR 105.415(b)). Miss one and the spot check finds it.

A drill you cannot prove is a drill you did not run. X3 puts it on the clock.
