The Exposure

Quarterly. Annually. Every Three Years. All of Them.

Qualified individual notification and emergency procedures exercises run quarterly. The spill management team tabletop and the equipment deployment run annually. The whole plan must be exercised every three years (33 CFR 155.1060). Plans run up to five years from approval (33 CFR 155.1065(c)). Records have to be kept three years.

The exercise you skipped is the one you needed. X3 puts it on the clock.
